Phoenix Love is a native New Orleanian multidisciplinary artist, model, performer, historian, and storyteller working across a range of mediums including sculpture, dance, digital design, writing, jewelry making, painting, professional modeling and fashion design. Love specializes in sculpting, creating both figurative and abstract works that explore the human form, as well as the formless. Concurrently, as a historian and licensed Tour Guide, Phoenix is exploring research and developing narratives sharing perspectives of the Indigenous, African and Diasporic experience in North America.

Having an unconventional approach to the arts, Love’s educational background includes a M.A. in International Relations from Richmond American International University, in London, and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University. Phoenix previously worked as a Criminal Investigator before retiring in 2022 to pursue her artistic endeavors full-time.

Love is an adventurous polymath, charismatic storyteller, muse, and solo travel enthusiast who hopes to encourage her audience and co-creators to embrace the transformative power of art.
